Ray White Commercial (Qld), along with local Ray White Commercial Tweed Heads as part of the Gold Coast South Network, had the pleasure of working together on behalf of PPB Advisory (Receivers and Manager Appointed) to achieve the successful sale of four (4) lots in the master planned Industry Central, Tweed Coast Industrial Estate in South Murwillumbah.
The four (4) fully serviced, general industrial zoned lots, were offered for individual sale via a five (05) week expressions of interest campaign. The sites were within close proximity to transport corridors providing vehicle connectivity north to the Gold Coast and Brisbane and south to Ballina via the M1 Pacific Highway. Access to a range of public amenity including schools, shopping centres, recreational facilities and transport were direct and easy.
The target market was deemed to be established local business and its leaders, capitalising on proximity to local industry, employment nodes, public amenities and commuter distance north to the Gold Coast and as far South as Ballina.
Each lot was offered for sale with vacant possession and the marketing elements chosen for this campaign included the following:
• Print Ads – Coverage was Local (Tweed News) Regional (Gold Coast Bulletin) and Statewide(Courier Mail)
• RWC Gold Coast South Network Monthly Magazine
• eBrochures to Databases and Social Media
• On-site Signage
Success was achieved by encouraging offers throughout the campaign and each offer immediately presented to our Client along with detailed reporting each week of the campaign. One (1) lot had contracts exchanged during the campaign with the other three (3) lots having contract exchanging soon after the closing date of the campaign.
