A 29.5ha residential development site located in Bundaberg’s eastern growth corridor. The site, currently used for agricultural purposes, is cleared, level land close to water and sewer. It is zoned Emerging Communities and is adjacent to high quality residential land estates.

The Purchase interest was equally split between external parties (South East Queensland) and locals. Interestingly, local interest included commercial and agricultural uses as well as developers. Local developer interest was subdued by the concern on expected take-up rates of the end product and the sewer infrastructure that surrounded the property.
