Ray White Land Marketing (Queensland) has been appointed exclusive marketing agents for a new residential estate in the Lockyer Valley, west of Brisbane.

Ray White Land Marketing (Queensland) Director Jamie Martin said the Coopers Crossing Estate offers 324 residential lots and will be valued at more than $100 million when fully developed.

“Coopers Crossing Estate will offer best value land prices and a country lifestyle only an hour from Brisbane and 35 minutes from Ipswich and Toowoomba,” Jamie Martin said.

Home sites range in size from 660 sqm to 1077 sqm with land selling from between $110,000 and $126,000. House and land packages are priced from $275,000. All lots are level, flood free and fully serviced with underground power, water and sewerage.

“Coopers Crossing offers young families, first home buyers or down sizers affordability and great value on the doorstep of Ipswich and Brisbane,” Jamie Martin said.

“The estate will appeal to those seeking space and a country village feel while having all the retail, educational and recreational amenities less than 900 metres away in the Laidley village.

“Many people who commute to Ipswich, Brisbane and Toowoomba for work have found Laidley at great place to bring up a family.”

Local amenities include major supermarkets Woolworths Plainlands, IGA Supa and SPAR.

“There are numerous cafes, bakeries, florist, Mitre 10, chemist and hotels in Laidley,” Jamie Martin said.

“The town has excellent medical facilities at Laidley Hospital while education facilities include pre-schools, Laidley primary and high schools, St Mary Catholic Primary School, Faith Lutheran College Plainland and the University of Queensland, Gatton.”

Jamie Martin said there are a wide range of recreational activities available in the area such as the Laidley golf course.

“Lake Dyer offers boating, fishing, kayaking, jet skiing and camping,” he said.

“Laidley is a sporting mecca with soccer, rugby league, little athletics, lawn bowls, tennis, cricket, netball and a skate park on offer.”
