THE commercial market north of Brisbane, the suburb of Eagle Farm in particular, remains in great shape with another stellar sale as 87 Links Avenue South sold for $3.85 million.
The property, which came with a 1,880sq m* building GFA on a 5,162sm * land area, had Precinct 7 – Enterprise Park zoning.
The asset was sold off-market by Ray White Commercial QLD Brokerage Services Division trio Paul Anderson, Andrew Doyle, and Aaron Aleckson.
“In 20 years, I’ve never seen listing supply in Eagle Farm so tight. It’s the perfect example of a win-win transaction,” Mr Anderson said.
“The vendor has secured a very strong result, but the buyer has secured a significant piece of Eagle Farm – arguably Brisbane’s premier industrial location.”
“The buyer is a local developer who intends to enjoy the income, as well as land-banking the site for the future,” Mr Doyle said.
“This site has significant zoning upside as it’s located in the EDQ (Economic Development Queensland) Hamilton masterplan precinct,” Mr Aleckson said.
